Annie Maloney - Prime Mountain PropertiesMy name is and I am a Professional Licensed Realtor with Prime Mountain Properties in Sevierville, TN.  I am a member of the Great Smoky Mountains Association of Realtors, or GSMAR, and have been working in real estate since April of 2005.  In an attempt to expand my level of service I also  became a member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors or KAAR in late 2005. I am a Multi-Million dollar producer and continue to excel and grow by educating myself in an effort to provide you with the best service possible.

My background for the last 15 years has been 100% customer service.  I worked for a Fortune 100 car rental company in Ft. Lauderdale Florida for 11 years as a Customer Service Manager.  My employment with this company was vital to the service I am now able to provide my clients with on a daily basis. As you have probably already read on my homepage, my family and I are from South Florida and moved to East Tennessee in February 2004.  I have 3 wonderful children (Christian, Julia, and Alyssa) and my husband Matt (also know as “My Webmaster”).  We decided to up and move from Florida and leave our family and life behind for a few reasons.  The main reason was to provide the best life that we could for our children.  We made this decision in October 2003 and left two 10+ year jobs with great companies behind in February 2004.  There was nothing wrong with Florida, we just wanted to live a life that was slower and more relaxed with SEASONS!  I have been involved in several real estate transactions for investment purposes while living in Florida and always wanted to get into real estate professionally.  Unfortunately my husband and I were never able to work out our schedules to allow me to pursue that dream.  Moving to Tennessee has allowed me this opportunity and it has been a true blessing. 

Prior to becoming a Realtor in Tennessee my own negative experiences with real estate professionals had me questioning how could these people be successful.

Luckily for me those past experiences are now the driving factor behind my level of service.  My pledge to you is this:

  • I treat all my clients like they are the most important
  • I will always return your phone calls and as quickly as possible
  • I respond to any/all email several times a day personally
  • I will always treat you with respect and dignity, after all I am working for YOU!
  • I will always have a positive attitude and go the extra mile
  • Most importantly I will listen

This simple pledge along with a great office and constant continued real estate education is what allows me to be successful in real estate while making several good friends along the way.

When I am not living real estate (almost never) I am either at the football field, basketball gym, baseball/softball field, cheer leading practice, or school event depending on the season.

Yes, in my free time between midnight and 7 a.m. I sleep.
