K2 Volleyball will be hosting their 3rd annual volleyball tournament at Wilderness in the Smokies this upcoming weekend, January 24th - 27th and again for a second weekend on February 2nd - 3rd. The first 2 years have been a great success.  The Nation's best volleyball clubs will attend this 2 weekend tournament which will draw around 200 teams and an estimated 10,000 total attendees.

This tournament is a great boost to Sevierville's economy in what is normally considered to be the "slow" part of this otherwise touristy area. Wilderness at the Smokies is a great venue for this tournament and offers much to do for the families attending. With its 200,000 square-foot Sevierville Event Center, Wilderness at the Smokies has restaurants, gift shops, convenience stores, game rooms, and a 36-hole championship golf course. The real attraction that most families will identify with are the waterparks that the Wilderness offers. The two outdoor waterparks and a five-acre indoor waterpark are available to all guests that are staying at the Wilderness and are well worth the stay alone.

If you are in town on vacation and happen to be a volleyball enthusiast then you need to check this tournament out. Or maybe you are here on business looking to purchase an investment log cabin in the Smokies, a second/vacation home in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, or looking to move to East Tennessee and want to view homes for sale in Sevierville. If this is the case then I can assist you with all your real estate needs in East Tennessee. Either way, if you love volleyball like my family does then you won't want to miss the chance to watch some of the best clubs in the Nation go at it.

For more information about the tournament you can visit K2 Volleyball or Wilderness at the Smokies websites.
